These designs are created primarily for neurodivergent individuals, people managing mental health challenges and those learning or practicing DBT skills - but anyone who resonates with the message is welcome here! These aren't replacement for therapy or a diagnosis unfortunately, but those don't matter to me! Whatever will help you, is worth it.
Sizing details
Each item should have a photo with the item alongside a ruler to show the size of the item. Some may have slipped through this process so please feel free to message to enquire about sizing and I will do my best to help!

I am only doing Etsy part time due to currently going through DBT myself; I create the stickers as I learn and perfect the DBT skill personally.
